Welcome to the Archives of 36 years of talks about Northern Thailand and beyond, presented by the Informal Northern Thai Group from 1984 through 2020. Many of these talks were presented by highly qualified experts, many of whom are no longer with us. Fortunately, INTG kept a written version of every presentation. When the group ceased operations in 2020, the biggest concern was that this wealth of information would be lost. What to do? How to preserve this valuable information and knowledge for posterity? In late 2025, the remaining INTG Board Members decided to donate these valuable Archives to Lifelong Learning Payap, an organization associated with Payap University that has the same general goals that INTG pursued for so long. This website is now the official repository of those Archives. We have made it searchable by subject (see search boxes below).
